Type: Smooth, bright white paper provides the best color reproduction.
Finish: Matte finish is best for writing on with pens and pencils.
Options: Consider using cardstock (160-200 gsm) for covers or dividers.

For eco-friendly options, look for recycled paper with at least 30% post-consumer waste that still meets the weight requirements.

Printer Settings

For double-sided printing, first check if your printer has automatic duplex printing. If it does, enable this option in your printer settings. If not, you'll need to print all odd-numbered pages first, then flip the stack and print the even-numbered pages. The exact flipping method (short edge vs. long edge) depends on your printer model. Do a test with 2-4 pages first to ensure correct alignment before printing the entire document.

What's the best way to print on colored paper?

When printing on colored paper, remember that the paper color will affect how the ink appears.
