At Braxchar, we provide digital products including printable planners and templates. Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded our products, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we offer the following policy to ensure your satisfaction:

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our subscription plans and individual digital purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details. No questions asked, and no complicated procedures - we simply want you to be happy with your purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with downloading or using our digital products beyond the 14-day period, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve any technical problems or, if necessary, provide a replacement.

Technical issues may include:

  • Corrupt files
  • Download link failures
  • Missing pages or content
  • Formatting errors

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period after the 14-day period.

How to Request a Refund

We will process your refund request within 5 business days and notify you once it has been completed. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized digital products created specifically for you
  • Products where there has been clear evidence of excessive downloads or use before requesting a refund
  • Subscription cancellations requested after the 14-day period (though you can still cancel to avoid future charges)
